Me too! I am embarrased that her books finish up in the bodice ripper section of most bookstores. Obviously, she owes a lot to Farnol, but her historical research is also first class. Her descriptions of London and the Home Counties in the 19th century are truly scholarly. Her novel "Infamous Army" has been extensively quoted in scolarly works, particularly her wonderful description of the Battle of Waterloo.
