If you will go to the Main Page of the JFAS, you will see there information about getting a copy of the reprinted BFJ. As far as I know there are still copies available, and very handsome they are too. If you will write to Jane Curtis at the address shown there, and send the required money order, I know she will be happy to send you a copy. Also, if you will let her know the relevant details, she will be more than happy to inscribe the book to your father, and autograph it.
They are not on the internet, so snail mail is the requited method!
Your chances of getting a copy of A New Book for Jane are about slim to nil, I would say, since so few of them remain - perhaps a dozen or so. However, if you will go to your email, I may be able to help.
